Device advance payment is only applicable to those who are not eligible for the RM0 Upfront with Digi PhoneFreedom 365. The device advance payment will be credited back to your bill over the next 12/24 months, which allows you to enjoy lower monthly fees.
This pre-order is open to existing Digi Postpaid customers, new line sign-ups, Prepaid to Postpaid conversion and switch to Digi from other operators. Yes, you can. However, your existing Principal line needs to change to Digi Postpaid 120 DS or higher. Please note that all your supplementary mobile line(s) will also be upgraded to the corresponding all-new Digi Postpaid family plan at RM38 per line, monthly.

You can expect the delivery on XX Aug 2020 onwards. You can also track your order status by logging in to your MyDigi account on Digi’s website. If you’re not a Digi subscriber yet, you can still create an account by using your email and log in to track your orders!
You have to fulfil the 24 monthly device payments as accorded in the contract.
Yes, you are entitled for a free upgrade between months 20-24 with the requirement that your phone needs to be in good working condition to exchange your old phone for a new phone.
If you cancel or terminate your line with Digi or the device is lost/stolen before completing the minimum 24-month instalment period, you will need to pay a Penalty Fee, which is the remaining device balance equivalent to [(RRP – Advance Payment)/24) x remaining months + admin fee]. Once you have paid the Penalty fee, you may then sign up for a new device with Digi PhoneFreedom 365.
