Omni is a virtual landline number powered completely in a mobile application. With Omni, you can run your business using just your mobile device! All you need is a smartphone to use Omni! You can view the Omni Dashboard on the website and install the Omni app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

What does the Enterprise plan consist of and how can I customise it to suit my business?

The Enterprise plan is created to cater to larger companies ( > 50 employees) as they require more extensions and outgoing minutes than smaller companies. If you feel your company fits this description, fill in the Enterprise form by clicking here and Omni’s sales personnel will get back to you to understand your requirements.

Is there any setup or hardware required?

With Omni, no setup fee or hardware is required to use the services. All you need to do is install the Omni app on your phone and you are good to go!

From what available locations can I choose my number?

You have a variety of prefixes to choose from. Our prefixes cover locations from Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Cheras, Penang, and all the way to Kuching. Nevertheless, the location may not necessarily be relevant in choosing your number as you can be located anywhere and choose any number you wish to have.
