It also offers a great range of shows and movies for the entire family, including Pete the Cat, Just Add Magic, and Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny.

How do I watch Amazon Prime Video?

Customers can watch Amazon Prime Video across a variety of devices, including certain Smart TVs, games consoles, phones, tablets, and laptops. Customers can also download select movies and TV episodes on compatible mobile devices. Once the download is complete, a “downloaded” or “check mark” icon displays in the video details.

How many titles can I stream at once?

Across these devices, you can stream up to three titles at the same time using the same Amazon account. You can stream the same title to no more than three (3) devices at a time.

Am I eligible for the 6 months of Amazon Prime Video included in my plan?

If you meet the following criteria, you are eligible:

  1. You have a minimum 1 Digi Postpaid RM 80 and above plan; and/or?
  2. You are subscribed to Digi Internet Freedom 130, Digi Internet Freedom 190 or Digi Internet Freedom 290 plan
  3. During the Internet Freedom plan registration, you meet both requirements above at the point of Internet Freedom plan registration

After the successful installation of Digi Internet Freedom, you will receive a welcome email with a link to activate your Amazon Prime Video subscription. Here are the specific steps that you will need to follow on clicking this activation link:

What if I fail to redeem the 6 months of Amazon Prime Video included in my plan?

You will need to restart the redemption process. Please refer to your welcome email and click on the redemption link. If you cannot find it, call Digi customer service at 0162211800 so we can help you.

What if I have an Amazon account but I am not actively subscribing to Amazon Prime Video?

You can redeem the 6 months subscription. Please refer to the guidelines below:

Do I get to enjoy 6 months of Amazon Prime Video included in my plan if I upgrade my postpaid plan from Digi Postpaid 58 to Digi Postpaid 80 few months after registration?

No, the offer is given only at the point of Digi Internet Freedom registration, hence, any postpaid upgrades after registration will not be eligible for the 6 months of Amazon Prime Video courtesy of Digi.

What happens to my Amazon Prime Video subscription after 6-months?

After 6 months, you will be upgraded to a paid subscription of RM 27 per month which will be reflected on your Principal postpaid mobile plan tagged to your Amazon Prime Video subscription.

Will I be notified at the end of the free 6-months?

You will be notified 2 days before the end of the free 6-months offer, via email and SMS.

What happens to my Amazon Prime Video account if I terminate my Digi Internet Freedom plan or postpaid plan within the contract period?

Your Amazon Prime Video account will be terminated automatically.
