Digi Fibre Support
We recommend using the MyDigi app. Digi will also email a monthly bill statement. If you prefer a physical bill, kindly request this by calling our Customer Service at 016 2211 800.
Your account will be barred 2 days after the billing due date and will be suspended 8 days after the billing due date. You can find the billing due date in your bill available at the MyDigi app.
