What are my next steps after purchasing the Digi Prepaid BEST™ starter pack?

To start enjoying all the features that come with your Digi Prepaid BEST™, you will first need to complete the registration process and perform a first call activation in order to activate your new SIM.

How do I register my Digi Prepaid BEST™?

If you purchase Digi Prepaid BEST™ via Digi Store Online, you will be required to register at checkout.
If you purchase Digi Prepaid BEST™ from Digi outlets, our sales personnel will assist you with the registration process upon your purchase. You will be required to provide personal details (i.e Malaysian IC or Passport).

How do I perform a first call activation on my Digi Prepaid BEST™?

Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you can proceed to make your first call on your newly registered Digi Prepaid Best by dialing any number. You will be asked to select your preferred language and your Digi Prepaid SIM will be activated with this call.

Why can’t I see my FREE 300MB high-speed Internet?

You will need to redeem this free Internet via the  MyDigi  app or by dialing *888*1#. Upon redemption, you will also be granted with FREE 1GB high-speed Internet every day (12AM – 8AM).

How do I access my account information?

You can access your account information via:

  •  MyDigi app; or
  •  Dial *128#; or
  •  For Internet balance only, dial *200#
How do I reload my Digi Prepaid BEST™?

You can reload via:

  •  Digi Store Online; or
  •  MyDigi app; or
  •  UMB code by dialing *123*Reload PIN# after purchasing a reload coupon from Digi outlets or our partner merchants.
I am an existing Digi Prepaid subscriber, can I upgrade my current Digi Prepaid plan into the all-new Digi Prepaid BEST™ plan?

Yes, you may perform a Change of Plan (COP) to this all-new Digi Prepaid BEST™ plan by dialing *128*1*4#. You must have less than 60 days of validity in your account to perform this Change of Plan request.
