Notes:
PhoneFreedom 365 is now available online for all existing Digi, port-in, and new customers to purchase for a limited time, with the terms below:

• Every eligible customer is entitled to sign up only one (1) phone per NRIC from Digi Store Online effective from 1 Jan 2020, until further notice.
• Digi mobile numbers with an existing PhoneFreedom 365 contract will not be able to change plan, or re-contract via Digi Store Online.
• Both the monthly plan fee and monthly phone instalment will be activated immediately once the transaction is successfully processed while the phone is being delivered.
• No third party collection is allowed.
• No change of address is allowed after payment is made.
• Customers must not have any overdue bills before proceeding to make a purchase on this website.
• For port-in customers, plan and device advance payment are applicable upon checkout.
• Port-in customers will receive two separate deliveries. The SIM card will be delivered first and the phone purchased will be delivered in second shipment.
• For Digi Postpaid customers who are on a family plan (with supplementary mobile lines) are not allowed to sign up online.
• Payment with a credit card will automatically enable mandatory auto-billing in order to offer customers greater convenience when making bill payments.
• Signing up for PhoneFreedom 365 is subjected to a 24-months contract. A penalty will be imposed for early termination within the contract period and the remaining monthly rebates will be forfeited.
• Digi reserves the right to activate the device-blocking feature for non-payment of the monthly fees.
• Any product(s) purchased via Digi Store Online CANNOT be cancelled and is non-refundable. Digi will not entertain any cancellation requests for any product purchased.
